LEADERSHIP
Experience before establishment.
Dee’s was established in 2026. The experience behind it was built over more than 14 years.
Founder and Managing Director Oladipupo (Dipo) Aina’s career spans software engineering, engineering leadership, technology strategy and organisational scale, including roles at Stanbic IBTC and Kuda.
His career progressed from hands-on software engineering and team leadership to Vice President of Technology at Kuda, with experience spanning technology strategy, architecture, engineering, operations, governance, transformation and organisational growth.

Dee’s is Nigeria-led, with professional relationships spanning Ghana, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda. These relationships provide valuable local context and access to expertise across several African markets.
But geography does not define the limit of our ambition. Technology, expertise and opportunity increasingly move across borders, and we are building Dee’s to collaborate and create value wherever our capabilities are relevant.
